Very helpful throughout and actively came to us when a query of a refund was raised. I didn't have to fight my case at all; they just asked us for the school bank details straight away.

Good variety of activities for all pupils and a good location for visiting the main sights of Paris

Organised as a ski trip. Halsbury were as always brilliant at finding us an amazing resort with great snow during the Easter holiday. All of the communication from their head office was exxeptional and all documentation and safeguarding information exactly as requested. Their rep in resort and Milan was fantastic and really took away the stress by having a native language speaker sho could organised extra activities in resort (tubing was very popular) and also sort out extra rooms etc for our apres-ski activities. The rooms in the hotel were great and the view of the mountain breathtaking!

We really enjoyed this trip. Halsbury travel were in general at organisation. Accommodation was rather good. However, some of the coach timings were inaccurate, and more could have been done to check the coach could fit in the locations we wanted to visit.

Great communication throughout the booking and organisation of the trip. Prompt at problem solving an issue on the second day regarding a coach driver/ itinerary timing and proactive at ensuring that the third party company providing the coach driver were informed and that the driver would not be used again for their company due to his attitude when dealing with issue regarding times of collection/ transport from venues. Planning on using again for same trip.
